How to Create Email Account in cPanel?
To create a new email address, perform the following steps: 1. Log into your cPanel account. 2. In the "Email" section, click on "Email Account" Icon. Find and click on "Create" button ... After you click it, the below screen will appear: 1. enter the first part of the email address that you wish to create, such as "info" if you you want to create an email address like: [email protected] ... (If you manage more than one domain, select the appropriate domain from the menu.) 2. enter a desired password for your email inbox. 3. once happy, click on the "**+ **Create" button. Once your email account is created, it will appear under the "Account & Domain" tab.
How to change the password of your email account?
If you want to change password of your email account then you can do this by the following steps: 1. Log into your cPanel account. 2. In the "Email" section click on "Email Account" Icon. 3. Scroll down to the "Account @ Domain" section and you should see your email account listed there. 4. If your email address is [email protected], you should see a "Change Password" text in front of your email. Then simply click on "Change Password". 5. Enter your new password or use a password generator 6. Click on the "Change Password" button. Congratulations, your email password has been successfully changed and now you can access your email using your new password!
How to Access your Email Account in the Browser using cPanel Webmail
You can access your Email account directly in your browser using cPanel Webmail. There are 2 methods. 1. Direct Access: This is done by navigating to the webmail interface, which is usually located at webmail.mydomain.com , of course, you need to replace the mydomain.com with your actual domain name. Via cPanel: Login to your cPanel account for the hosting plan where you initially setup your email inbox account. Once your Webmail Email Reader opens, you will be able to read your email and check your email inbox and junk email.
