Telegram Alerts - Modify Preferences
By using the Telegram alerts feature, you will be able to define a set of alerts to receive in your linked Telegram account, such as invoices reminders, domain renewal alerts, and so on. To link your Telegram account, and enable the alerts, visit this link: https://dash.wevrlabs.net/link.php?id=43 or click the button under the account navigation menu: Start by linking your Telegram account. Click on the button to begin authentication process: Once linked: 1. enable the alerts you want to receive 2. and then click "Save Changes"
WhatsApp Alerts - Modify Preferences and View History
The WhatsApp Alerts feature allows you to receive important notifications regarding late invoices in your account, which is sent to you on WhatsApp using the phone number registered in your account. If enabled, you will receive a one time alert for any invoice that is one day late on payment. To enable or disabled WhatsApp alerts feature, or to view history os sent messages from the system, visit this link: https://dash.wevrlabs.net/index.php?m=whatsappalerts or access it from the account menu in the top navigation. SMS Alerts - Modify Preferences and View History
The SMS Alerts feature allows you to receive important notifications regarding late invoices in your account, which is sent to you on the phone number registered in your account. If enabled, you will receive SMS alerts for invoice that is is generated in your account and is due for payment. To enable or disabled SMS alerts feature, visit this link: https://dash.wevrlabs.net/index.php?m=smsmanager or access it from the account menu in the top navigation. Choose your desired preferences and then click "Save Changes" To ensure receiving alerts, make sure the phone registered in your account is correct and active, update it by visiting this link: https://dash.wevrlabs.net/clientarea.php?action=details View History: You can also view all your SMS messages history, in this section, all the past SMS messages that were sent to you by the system will be displayed. How to Transfer Services or Domains to Another Client
You may wish to transfer ownership of a service or a domain to another client of ours. This can be easily done by navigating to the details page of the service or domain you wish to transfer. Note: each item has to be transferred on its own, meaning that transferring a hosting service WILL NOT transfer the associated domain. For the list of your services, visit this link, then click on the desired service to view its details page: https://dash.wevrlabs.net/clientarea.php?action=services Then click on the option that's present on the side links, just like the example below: The same can be done if you wish to transfer a domain to another client. Simply click to view the details page of the domain from your active domains list in the link below: https://dash.wevrlabs.net/clientarea.php?action=domains Note that this is related to transferring a domain to a client with WevrLabs, which is different from transferring your domain to another hosting. For transferring a domain away from WevrLabs to another provider, please visit the instructions in the article below: https://dash.wevrlabs.net/knowledgebase/4787/ Once you open the ownership transfer page, you will be asked to provide the client's email address, and after you click the button to submit the transfer request, the receiving client will get an email message to either accept or reject the ownership transfer request. Please bear in mind the following: - Double-check the email address you provide in the transfer request form. - Ownership transfers are final and cannot be reversed! Once you submit an ownership transfer request you hereby acknowledge that you are completely waiving your rights to ownership or control of the services or domains you are transferring to another client.
View History of Email Messages
Every message that is sent to you by email from the system, is logged and stored in the email messages history, which is useful to keep track of all communications to your email. It is also useful to immediately view messages which may sometimes take a little longer to be delivered to your inbox. To access email history, click on this link: https://dash.wevrlabs.net/clientarea.php?action=emails You can also view the most recent 4 email messages in your account homepage. Click View All to explore all the rest of messages. Email history list: When on the messages history page, click on any message to view it.
