How to manage email in DirectAdmin.
How to Create Email Account in DirectAdmin?
1. Login to your DirectAdmin Account. 2. In the E-mail Manager section, click on the E-mail Accounts Icon or type E-mail Accounts in the navigation filter box and the option will appear. Click on it.  3. In the top right-hand side, click on the Create Account button.  4. In the Username field, enter the email address that you wish to create, such as my-first-email. 5. In the Password field, enter your new password or use a password generator.  6. Change the quota and Send Limit or leave this as it is. Then click the Create Account button. Your email will be created and it will display your email address, password and other details. Copy it to a safe place.
How to change the password of your email account in DirectAdmin?
1. Login to your DirectAdmin Account. 2. In the E-mail Manager section, click on the E-mail Accounts Icon or type E-mail Accounts in the navigation filter box and then the option will appear. Click on it.  3. Under Account, you can see your email address along the Plus icon on the right-hand side.  4. Click on the Plus icon and then on the Change Password/Username option.  5. In the Password field, enter your new password or use a password generator.  6. Click on the Save button. Your email password will be changed and it will display your password. Copy it in a safe place.
How to rename your email address in DirectAdmin?
1. Login to your DirectAdmin Account. 2. In the E-mail Manager section, click on the E-mail Accounts Icon or type E-mail Accounts in the navigation filter box. The option will appear. Click on it.  3. Under Account, you can see your email address along the Plus icon on the right-hand side.  4. Click on the Plus icon and then on the Change Password/Username option.  5. In the Username field, modify/rename your email username.  6. Click on the Save button. Your email address will be renamed successfully.
How to change the email sending limit in DirectAdmin?
If you have set the email sending limit while creating your email account, you can easily modify it. However, you cannot increase it higher than the limit set by your server administrator. 1. Login to your DirectAdmin Account. 2. In the E-mail Manager section, click on the E-mail Accounts Icon or type E-mail Accounts in the** navigation filter** box and then the option will appear. Click on it.  3. Under Account, you can see your email address along the Plus icon on the right-hand side.  4. Click on the Plus icon and then on the Change Limits option.  5. In the Send Limit field, enter your limit, for example 200, or as much as you require. If you have the unlimited option available, choose Unlimited instead.  6. Click on the Save button. Your email limit will be modified.
How to change your email account quota in DirectAdmin?
1. Login to your DirectAdmin Account. 2. In the E-mail Manager section, click on the E-mail Accounts Icon or type E-mail Accounts in the navigation filter box and the option will appear. Click on it.  3. Under Account, you can see your email address along the Plus icon on the right-hand side.  4. Click the Plus icon and then click on the Change Limits option.  5. Modify the E-mail Quota field as per your requirement. If you have the unlimited option available, choose Unlimited instead.  6. Click on the Save button. Your email quota limit will be modified.
How to Access your Email Account from DirectAdmin?
You can access your email account from DirectAdmin using two methods. However, you can only access your default DirectAdmin email account by using Method 2, described below. Method 1: (Automatic login) 1. Login to your DirectAdmin Account. 2. In the E-mail Manager section, click on the E-mail Accounts Icon or type E-mail Accounts in the navigation filter box and the option will appear. Click on it.  3. Under Account, you can see your email address along the Plus icon on the right-hand side.  4. Click on the Plus icon and then on Sign In to Webmail option.  5. Your browser may prompt you to allow a Popup Window. Confirm it and you will be redirected to your email webmail. No login details will be required. Method 2: (Username/Password is required) 1. Login to your DirectAdmin Account. 2. In the Extra Features section, click on your preferred webmail such as Squirrelmail or on the Roundcube Icon or type Webmail in the navigation filter box. The option will appear. Click on it.  3. Enter your email address in the username field and then your password.  4. Click on the Login button.
